headlight problem

Default headlight problem

I have a 08 ram 1500 just put hid kit on truck it is 55w with cannibus and on low beam it will cut on and off but doesn't do it on high what do I need to do to fix that

You should read the thread that jrm747 posted, as you might still need the load resistors and some other things, you should also double/triple check your grounds and make sure you're getting good contact to ground.

Could be a million things causing that problem, so you have to go get your hands dirty.

i tried installing mine the other day. what a mess. either returning or selling and buying brighter halogens. to much of a headache for headlights.

Not a mess. Quite simple actually. As long as you are educated and understand why/how they work.
