I'm not sure I understand wether you currently have foglights or not so I'll list it all (that I can remember)

You will need

HID kit
Fog light housings
Wiring harness
Foglight capable headlight switch

The Hid kit will just be plug and play. I bought the digital balasts for mine and am very happy with them

Do you already have fog lights? If not, what model do you have (ST, SLT etc)?

Check under your bumper, near the fog light holes, and see if you have open connectors hanging there. If you do, this upgrade will be a little easier for you. If not, may be better to get aftermarket fogs.

assuming you have stock fogs then all you need is a 9006 bulb size hid kit, don't get a 35watt ballast, they suck. Look into digital 50w with relay. Are fogs are not CANBUS so you don't need resistors or any of that crap, simple plug and play

I havent seen any ballasts that were made in the USA. Not even OEMs on cars that came with them are USA made.

If you didnt like the 8k bulbs then just go to 6k. Thats all I use. I would rather see where Im going than for people to see my blue lights

TRS isn't far from me and I've ordered several things from them before. They always have good quality gear but at the same time, I have used very cheap components for other guys builds who were on a budget and they are still kicking.

In fact, I have a case of Morimoto 2.8" projectors and shrouds sittings and 4th Gen (micro) ballasts.
