well there isn't much left to try except check your grounds and check the voltages over each wire to ground... then check over each switch see maybe if you have a polarity problem or something else...

Go buy a nice multimeter and start troubleshooting...

Mine does the same thing on a 03 1500. The wire that runs from the master switch to the pass. door has a loose terminal in it. If I hold it in or to the side the pass. window will work. Stealership wants $300-$400 for a door harness. Maybe I'll just replace the terminal.

Re-soldering the window lockout switch contacts fixed mine right up. Many other folks have used the same remedy. Fairly easy fix. It's a bit aggravating to access the circuit board, but certainly worth doing.

You may have a problem with the PASSENGER side window switch. If I remove my passenger side window switch I can no longer use that window.

Possibly something has gone wrong there? I had to re-solder a couple pins due to them having broken free of the solder joint. so you could have a pin on the passenger side not making contact, and not letting the window roll down....

Does it roll up from the passenger side?

We are 2 with the exact same problem. Tried replacing master on driver door and still same problem. Tried the wiggle of the harness, then cleaning it and tightening the pins and same problem.

This is a bump

This is how you by-pass the window lock. Cut the big yellow wire and spice it into the big brown wire. This is for my 03', Im pretty sure all the switches use the same wire colors but don't quote me on that.

The brown wire runs power to one plug and the bigger yellow wire is the window lock lead from the other plug. Basically, the brown wire is constant ground I believe, the window lock switch cuts the ground to all the other switches. Therefore, if you solder them together, you by-pass the window lock.

try to replace the passenger side switches too... they complete the window circuit according to the diagram in the service manual, so you might have shorted them somehow...

Oh and if you haven't double checked already, check the Fuses again.
