Touch screen?

I have a 02 ram and was looking at putting a touchscreen head unit in my truck but how would I go about that? Everytime I'm on crutch field it says none will fit. Do I need to just replace the bezel or more?

they have single and din 1/2 touch screens. The screen slides into the head unit when not in use, and slides out then pops up when it's needed.
