Default Horn Stuck On

So a few months back the horn in my 2004 Ram 2500 Laramie randomly started going off at 1am and stayed on. I quickly pulled the fuse not knowing what else to do. Well then the battery went dead. The only way I could maker the horn off and not get a dead battery was to disconnect the plug under the steering colomn covers, but this leaves me without radio controls and cruises. Any ideas? I'm not sure if the 2 are related via the FCM or PDC but my passenger low beam headlight went out with brand new bulbs. A week later the drivers low beam light went out aswell. I again put new bulbs in and stll no low beams. FCM? PDC? Any help would be appreciated!

Hemiquad,

Are you the original owner of the vehicle? Have there been any aftermarket parts installed on it?

If you'd like to PM me your VIN# I can look into this for you to see if there are any outstanding recalls that may be related to your concerns.

I had a friend this would happen to from time to time. He never fixed it before trading it, but he had to disconnect the battery for about 30 mins each time. His only happened once every 6 mos or so.
