help reading gear pattern 9.25

Default help reading gear pattern 9.25

This is my pattern… I can’t determine if I need to add shims or reduce shims..
Any input would be very helpful.. thanks

Shims for Pinion gears: Thinner if the pattern is riding the outer edge, thicker if it's riding the inner edge.
But I think you actually may need to move your ring gear closer to your Pinion gear(which is much easier to do) and I think your not very far off at all.

Thanks for the replay. I am doing this for the second time because the rear end is terribly noisy.
So you think I need to be closer to the ring ? meaning (thicker shim) I was thinking smaller shims?
