Default power outlet fuses

Anyone know which fuse, or where the fuse for the dash power outlets are?
All the 20 amp fuses are ok in the tipm. the owners manual says they are in line from the battery, for continuous power. My cig lighter and my rear power outlets are the only ones working and only with the key in the on position.
My dash and consol are not working, they use too be on all the time.......I have no way of telling which fuse is which in the tipm next too the battery.

look on the underside of the lid. I haven't seen a fusebox cover that DOESN'T have a list of the fuses.
