Stainless Exhaust Install

I am looking at the Magnaflow #17998 and AFE #49-42004 turbo-back systems on a 2007 3500 5.9l. Rather than installing the old stock converter, I was thinking about installing a new Magnaflow 60011 or #60021 into one of the above systems. Anybody have any experience with these?
