Okay Guys,

First time i've asked for help on here in awhile, but I need some so hopefully you guys will be able to help me for a change

2008 Dodge Ram 1500 (Big Horn) 5.7L Hemi

I opened my truck's driver's side door and as soon as I opened it "SNAP!" the top stud on the upper door hinge (the side that connects to the door) snapped and now my door isn't closing right or keeping the wind and stuff out on the highway, which makes it not safe to drive on the highway.

Can anyone help me find the part I need?

I can't seem to find the right drawing for it, it was labeled as #12 on the parts diagram that I had seen but I lost the link and part number.

It is a stud and nut type of setup, where the stud comes out of the door and the nut goes over a washer to hold the hinge to the door.

any help would be very much appreciated!

 

Correction! Found it!

It was actually a #10 on the drawing!

Got very lucky to find it again!

Hopefully I'll be able to fix it myself at some point....
