Put truck in shop to have all fluids changed. When I picked it up they told me it will have to stay overnight, because they put the wrong oil in the engine, front and rear differentials.
They left the hood open overnight, and the under hood light drained the battery. they then had to charge the battery the next day, therefore had to reset the computer. When I got it back, there was a semi loud knock that was never there.
I checked the oil level 5 days later and it was over filled by about a quarter inch. So they changed the oil again to Valvoline Synthetic. knock comes about a minute after start up, then comes and goes.
The following week I took it back and had the smog checked. It failed. I was told at that time they about the hood light, battery charge and computer reset. They said to drive it and see if it fixes the problem.I put 700 miles and redid smog test. Failed again.
They want to change the o2 sensors and see if that fixes problem. If problem still exist, it will have to go to dealer for a computer flash.
Can anyone help me, and I feel that one of there mistakes has caused these problems.
