1/2" HEMI IGNITION WIRES
Here's something I ran across on the web http://www.performancedistributors.com/ I found these in TRUCK WORLD MAGAZINE
Huh? Half-inch DIAMETER?! (I didn't see it with a quick look at the site) If so, simply more marketing hype, completely and totally unnecessary!
We build and race assorted highly boosted race engines (several of which are or have been World Record Holders at the Salt Flats--one being a twin-turbo running 40# boost with an MSD 6200 spark box and 8mm wires). In nearly two decades we have never had an issue of "arcing," spark "leakage," or shorting of any kind.
Spend you hard-earned bucks elsewhere!
btw, there are only a few manufacturers of the actual wiring used in various brands of spark-plug wires; different resellers buy them in different colors and label to suit. Repeated empirical tests have consistently shown as long as the wires are in good conditions, no particular wire contributes to higher performance than any other.
All the best.
