Default 275/65/r20 Good - bad - neutral

I have an 05 Dodge ram SLT Quad cab 5.7 Hemi with the 20" option. Torsion bars cranked making truck just under level. I need new tires and am debating on jumping up to the 65s 34" or staying stock. Worried about messing up geometry and speeding up ware and tear. The tires are something like 12-13 lbs heavier a piece. In college so I can't screw around and mess my truck up(JUST FINISHED PAYING FOR IT!)

ALSO for the tires I was looking to go with the TOYO OC AT IIs. I live in the mountains and a wildlife bio student so going off the beaten path is def necessary and snow is going to be present. They look good, got good reviews in all evironments, and have 50k warranty. Not to mention the 275/65/r20 are under 250 a piece!

Any help would be great

I have 275/65R20s BFG ATs and they are 34". I will say I'm amazed and don't really believe you can get those tires for under 250 a piece. Mine were 315 a piece and they are a lesser tire then the Toyos but if you can get them for that price then go for it
