Default Quadcab rear door locks

I just purchased an 06 quadcab 1500 Larimie. Need to know if the rear doors are supposed to be electric lock. Front doors are electric lock, no switches on back doors. Rear doors will not lock nor unlock fron fob or panel. They have the normal child safety lock feature. Seems to defeat the purpose of locking the vehicle when I walk away and press the lock button on the fob and the horn beeps but all doors are not locked. Thanks for any help.

they rear doors are electric lock as well when you press the lock up front or on fob the rear should lock as well there might be something wrong with the electric locks on your rear door, maybe check for pinched wiring going into the doors

Thanks for the help. I felt like they should be electric. I'll start looking for the problem.

Pinched/damaged wires are common issues with QC's and failing locking mechs and failing windows working from drivers master panel.
Also, lock actuators fail as well.

Yea theres no manual lock switch on the rear doors (I have a Big Horn and it still doesn't) but they should be locking with the fob or when you use the front door switches

Thanks for all the information guy's. Got a list of things to check now. Question now is............I want to start with the control panel on the drivers door. I know it snap's in, I just don't know which end to pry out first. I pulled this unit out of my old "94 1500" broke a clip pulling the wrong end first! Or, should I just go ahead and pull the door panel?

You would have to pull the door panel. How else do you plan on getting to the wires?

start by checking on the wires in the boots between the rear doors and the pillar. That's what I'd be putting my money on since that is where mine were broke as well as most other people that have this problem.
