Default speedometer problem!

I have a 2006 ram 1500.
My rpm,mph and turn signals will randomly freeze all at the same time..when it is cold in the morning it works fine but as it gets warmer inside or outside the cab(cant decide if its one or the other) thats when it freezes..reallt wanna fix bc when it all freezes it may only do it for a half a sec at a time but it doesn't track my mileage..believe it or not it adds up fast lol..bout a mile short to every 5 miles. Please help.

Someone else posted this exact same problem a few months ago. I can't remember what the solution was. Maybe someone else can remember, or do a search.

I tried a search, but didn't come up with anything. It would help if people starting threads would actually use the issue in the title. Not something generic like "Help Please" or "Truck not working" !!!!!
Hopefully someone here can remember if the problem was solved or not.
