Default Debris above Resistor

I have a problem with sluggish air in my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 truck. I tried the resistor a bunch of leaves and debris fell out. And now above it there is a bunch of debris wedged up in there against it looks like a filter, but apparently there is no air cabin filter in these so how do I clean that stuff out and clean the filter looking thing?

(The picture is where I took the resistor out and took a picture up there.)

THAT is NOT a filter.
That is your heater core. For some reason, there is no air filter (that I am aware of) in a ram hvac box. You can attempt to vacuum it out. Use the utmost care because that coil is made from aluminum, and it is a major job to change it.

ok thanks since it is so small I think about getting a air compressor and put it up there and knock all the the debris down so I can use a vacuum.
