No need to pull the PCM... just pull the Positive lead off the battery and tap the brakes a few times... does the same thing...

Pulling the fuse is easier, no tools needed. Plus it'll save all your radio presets etc.

I hear people say that but I've unhooked my battery more times then I can count from 2 minutes to 4 hours and I've never lost my radio presets so something is wrong with your trucks lol

Correct, from what I recall our OEM radios have small Li-Ion batteries that should keep the temporary memory intact when the battery is removed.

I can confirm this for 2005+ not sure about 2002-2004.

I don't remember if they are serviceable batteries on these units, knowing Dodge I would assume they are not... so only way to fix it is to replace the radio...
