Limp mode got me home...
The red lightning bolt with two lines on either side light on the dash was flashing all the way, only had about 2kms from my driveway, thank god.
Anyways, I was on a two lane highway, signaled out to pass a car and trounced the gas to get by, then that light came on and I slowed to about 30-40 km/h. It was cold outside, -20 Celsius, but the temp gauge was at the middle mark.
So I limped home, put it in park and the truck starts to shudder quite bad. So I turn it off right away, check under the hood, nothing is glaringly obvious. I start it up, and it's fine, 100%. I even took it around the block to be sure.
Does the Hemi not like to be driven hard? Or is this a normal occurrence for rams?

It really likes being driven hard. You might have a grounding issue with the TB, or, You may have a TB thats just acting up, Try running a ground wire from the engine to the TB and see if that doesn't help.
