Shift lever stuck while cold

Sister in Law's '03 4wd Hemi wont budge out of park when cold. We are in Texas, so no freezing temps. So I dont think there is moisture in the cable, etc. Brake light switch replaced, no change. ATF level ok.

After running for 15 mins or so, no problems.

Guesses?
