Hey there i have a 2002 ram1500, I tried instal an after market radio and when its hooked up it turns on and everthing works but i get no sound out of it, i used a harness adapter and everything could someone please help me out

 

if you had the factory infinity system there will probably be a problem. Otherwise I would say the high level (speaker) outputs are bad. I had that problem in a kenwood that was in a wreck. Check the settings on the radio first. All of the internal levels might be turned down. Is it a new radio?

 

its the factory amp wire didnt get plugged in, once powered it will let the sound play through the fact speakers
