Best Bed liner
I don't know your reasons for not getting a spray-in liner but I wouldn't get anything else.
Years ago I had the drop-in liners and they were a pain. You really need to pull them out once a year and clean under them. They are also pretty slick and everything I put in the bed would slide around.
My last four trucks have had the Rhino lining and I loved it. I just bought a 2005 2500 a month ago and it already has the Rhino lining. I had them do the over the rail and it looks great.
I would get any spray-in bed lining whether it be Line-X or Rhino.

My brother just had an Allstar drop in bedliner installed in his truck. He asked the installer who sells numerous brands including Duraliner what the differences were. The installer said the difference between the $199.00 Allstar and the $299.00 Duraliner was $100.00, that's it. Both wear the same, install the same, and look the same except for the logo on the front. The Duraliner is made of partially recycled plastic. The Allstar is made of all recycled plastic but no one is going to be able to tell the difference. He also sells the Dodge liners but there even more money. Hope this helps. By the way I have the Dodge liner in my truck and with my tool box installed and my brothers box installed (blocking the view of the logos) they look and feel identical. Hope this helps.
I have had many trucks, I always buy the cheapest drop in I can find, never had a problem. Nothing gets underneath a drop in, I have checked before.
Spray ins are nice but basically a waste of money. Remember, one of the keys to a good marketing department, is creating a need. Make people think they need something more expensive when they really don't. This is covered in the first week of any college marketing class.
