Unhappy B4 I lose my mind: where is EGR valve 3.7l

I can't believe I have not found this EGR valve yet on my 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 3.7l engine. Crazy. I just came home from the dealer. Lifted the hood. And said: What the hell?????

Can anybody help me out. I searched everywhere and cannot get a definitive answer about its exact whereabouts.

I don't believe there is one. I had ready access to an 05 parts manual, doesn't show EGR for the 3.7 (which is funny because it shows EGR for the 4.7 that year).

Default Dodge Dealer Gone Wild

Just a quick note. I took my 07 Dodge Ram 1500 3.7l truck to a dodge dealer to have them figure out what was the problem with my truck (would hesitate in the 1200-1800 RPMs, sometimes sluggish starts).

You know the initial hour cost over a hundred. After that hour was up I was called to speak to the mechanic. He basically said he has to dig deeper, open the valve covers, blah blah blah, thinking it might be a burnt valve. And I would have to pay an additional hundred & change. I said no, just return the truck.

This is when I googled the symptoms of my truck, found a consistent pattern (stuck EGR valve), and fixed this problem myself.

Default Cleaned or replaced?

I'm having a very similar issue with my Durango with that motor. I had a P0406 code and after looking into came to that valve or sensor being the issue. Were you able to clean the valve and fix the issue? I would rather clean it than buy the part. I'm just curious as to if you tried to clean or it simply replaced it?
