Default Dash Vents

Hey guys, I have an irritating cosmetic problem with the interior of my 03 Hemi Ram. I bought this truck used, I have been through an engine replacement already, and I am in the middle of fixing little things here and there as they emerge. When buying this truck I failed to realize that every dash vent (5 in total, the ones with the swivel and up and down direction *****) are broken. Either the swivel mounts are broken, the ***** are trashed, or the vents themselves are missing blades. It's something that bothers me and I am tired of explaining to my passengers about broken vents as they adjust the heat to make themselves comfortable! I would like to fix these, but first off can they even be replaced? I have a laramie with the fake wood trim so getting a whole new bezel I think is out of the question (too expensive, rarity?) Is my only resort sourcing some vents out at a local salvage yard? I took a look at the vents on the center bezel (2 in total) and it seems them are simply glued onto the back. What about the ones that are in passenger-side dash? How would one even get to removing them? Am I SOL here?

Thanks

The swivel part comes out by itself. you need to angle it to the right a bit, but not all the way, then pry it out from the top first.

You should be able to replace each of those vents without a problem... no need to buy the whole new bezel....
