Question Bilstein 4600 shocks.

Gotta say, I've had P**s poor technical support from Bilstein Europe about my issues surrounding my Bilstein front shock lower bushing problem.
About 15 months ago I fitted Bilstein 4600 shocks front and rear to my 03 1500 4x4 QC Hemi. Front part number F4-BE5-6928-H2. Rear F4-BE5-2550-H1.
Initially they were great. Ride was really firm with little body roll, but you knew you were driving a truck lol.
Last month I had to do some maintenance underneath the front of my truck and noticed that the lower bushing was "mushrooming" out of the bottom of the shock. I'll try to post up a pic later but at the moment the weathers very bad so it might take some time.
This bushing needs to be replaced, but I asked Bilstein as to why this had happened on what is a pretty stock truck set up? They have replied saying Technical will respond. Despite many emails and over 3 months of trying....I GIVE UP! Bilstein support is CRAP!!!
I know that a previous owner had leveled the truck by tweaking the torsion bars. But the shocks are not "bottoming" and I can't here any banging from the front shocks associated with that issue at all when going over bumps. I do not off road this vehicle and are very careful with road traffic calming measures such as sleeping policemen etc.
I would love to fit poly bushes into the lower shock mounts, but living here in the UK, I haven't a clue where I'd start to purchase some?? That or fit some replacement stock bushes??
Anyone help please?

Al.

Second pic of where a slight gap sometimes appears at top of bushing.

Shocks and bushes and bolts all fitted straight and to the correct torque specs.
