SRT8 6.1 exhaust manifold fitment in 06 5.7 QC?
Today i put in some LX SRT8 exhaust manifolds into my 08 dodge ram 1500 and it took all day to do now on the left side you have to crush (i used my press to get where i needed it) i assume someone could use a hammer/ little bit where the steering column is to be able to turn your truck.
the right side took the most amount of work because you get right on the frame now there is some cutting and grinding to do besides porting out the EGR which i did i also, used the 6.1 oem gaskets and the 6.1 bolts with some copper seal maker but finished the project tonight started up and sounded like t he truck is cam'D. wicked
Again took the full day to get the headers adjusted for fitment it can be done.
