Default 545rfe transmission

Does anyone know what years are the same? Would one from 2007 work in a 2003 or 2005? I have a 03 with a 545rfe out of a 05 and mine went out and needs a rebuild.

Even a 45RFE from an early 4.7L dakota/durango is the same.

Yup... What they said... the only differences between the 45RFE and 545RFE from 2002-2011 is programming...

Which is in the TCM before 2003 and in the PCM after 2003. The transmission is still the same piece of hardware.
