Default Vibrations at 80Kph

I just noticed this today, but it could have only started within the last week or so.

Once I hit about 80Kph there is vibrations I can feel in the floor, and I can hear. It sounds like the noise made when you sun over the "grating" on the side of highways to wake you up if you doze off at the wheel, but not as extreme/loud.

I'm highly concerned about this because it's probably serious isn't it?

Mine did that and it was a front hub bearing going out. Sounded like I had mud tires on it.

GRNDPNDR,

How many KM's are currently on the vehicle? Are you due for any maintenance? Have you been able to get the truck into a Dodge dealer for a complete diagnosis?

If you are highly concerned I would recommend having it diagnosed as soon as possible. If you have any inquiries or are seeking assistance booking an appointment, feel free to PM me.

Solved, I think anyway.

My rear pinion seal was leaking, and in really bad shape. I think the vibrating was excessive shaft runout.

After replacing the seal the vibrations seemed to go away, I do still have some but i think it's my wheel now..... It is NOTHING close to what I was experiencing before replacing the seal.

GRNDPNDR,
