You have a bad front axle seal on the right side. Its a $13 part from chrysler. It is a bit of a job. You have to remove the brakes, the shock, the upper ball joint from the steering knuckle, and the c/v axle. Once you get the axle out, pop the seal out on the end of the tube, clean it really good, put alittle grease around the inside of the tube were the seal presses in and pop a new seal back in. If your shock is leaking now is a great time to replace them.

axle seal is covered under most warranties but im not sure about the unlimited powertrain thing.

I thought 08 used a strut setup on 4x4s? If the shock/strut is leaking it is time to replace them.

If it has the Lifetime Powertrain Warranty and it is the axle seal it should be covered.
