I just changed my transmission fluid and when i started my truck, the engine light lit and give me the P0303 code.. Is it cylinder 3 misfire like the other generation? If so, what do I need to do?

 

How many miles on the truck? How old are the plugs? Sounds like you have an unrelated issue to the fluid change. #3 should be the second plug back on the driver side. 2 plugs if a Hemi.
Could be a plug or coil pack. Check the connections as well.

Did you change the transmission fluid yourself or did you go to a CCI dealer or independent garage? Have you been able to look into this further and find out what was causing the code? If you are interested in additional assistance feel free to PM me.

 

I decided to change all 16 plug. The code disappear for now.. I need to go test drive the truck but I need to change oil pan and tranny sensor before
