I looked at this and was also recommended to run a 260 in my 03.
Im told They usually run great straight out of the box giving low to mid torque and hp and are therefore recommended also for heavy QC's.
However..... I've also read that being the red headed step child of the Rams, some 03's idle poor and throw a code even with this mild grind.
Either way, do the 6.1 spring upgrade while your in there along with 6.1 pushrods.
A set of shorty headers will also compliment this cam.
Al.

Thanks Al. I have to think of re-sale up the road as well....people dont like to buy with CEL's on.

As well, here in Ontario, Canada, as law presently states, a vehicle owner will be unable to obtain annual registration if the vehicle is showing an emission code. Basically, if the CEL is on, annual registration cannot be obtained.

There are many opponents to this new law which just came into effect 01 Jan.

Anyways.thanks for the info.
