Default Rear LSD Issues (PICS)

Ive been running my truck with this little tick(i thought was the plastic fender rubbing on the tire at low speeds).I look out my window and see the tire jump a little and hear what i now know is metal grinding. I jack up the rear and see this. The inner metal piece looks like its moved up on the right side of the pics while the left inner piece has stayed in position. Is this normal because i dont think so?
With the aft end jacked up and the transfer case in neutral the tires are locked together.
The first two pics are one side of the housing and the last two are on the other.

No looky good. Do you still have your Clutchpack retaining clips in place? They would allow slop in the housing if they have been removed and could cause pretty much any kind of damage.
I'm not sure what we are looking at as far as naming that piece??? Def looks like it's been wearing and moving back-forth in there. Your clearly rubbing, which causes heat. Your gonna lock that rear end up if you keep drivin it! You can see the little "w-shaped" retaining clips on either side of the housing.
Stick either a DTT(Detroit TrueTrac) back there or an Auburn LSD along with fresh bearings and you'll be all set. $550 or $700 plus labor depending on which you go with.

I actually don't see anything wrong in there...let us know what shop says. I too had a clicking going on and it was one of the spring plates in the LSD you show had fatiqued and broken off and let a spring drop down and was clicking on the tone ring...Don't see anything missing in yours.
