Thanks, that's what I thought. I'll have to poke around to find a key on only hot. Thought I had it right.

 

Under the steering wheel, behind the knee bolster you should find an unused four-wire harness. One of the leads is a lime green/black stripe wire. It's a switched hot. Use it to power the low-current side of your relay (with about a 2A fuse).
