Default Power steering rack bushing looks.. weird.

Looked under my truck just to check out things today and I saw this... I never noticed it until today, the other side looks normal and straight but the passenger side as you can tell looks... weird.. Is this a bad sign or is it normal?

Just cranked the steering wheel to one way or the other and that weird way its kinked up remains the same, just.. compressed or stretched.

I meant boot, not bushings.. sorry!

That is your tie rod. It may have been twisted during an alignment. You can twist it or reposition the boot

So its normal? And just twisting the tire rod will get it back into place? The only thing I can think of that might have caused this was me having the lower ball joints replaced a few months ago, im surprised it hadnt tore up the boots by now.

Don't twist the tie rod, that's going to affect your alignment. Spray some WD on the small end of the boot and rod joint, grab the metal keeper with some channel locks and gently twist it back.
