Default replacing catalytic converter

I have to replace my converter which is bad and I have a hole in the pipe just before it. No it is not the C02 sensor, ha, ha. but, anyway, I bought a replacement direct fit system that replaces from the manifolds to the muffler. What I don't know is what all needs to be removed to remove the old system and put the new one in. I bought it from orielly's auto parts. I drive a 02 dodge ram 1500 4x4, 4.7 litre engine. I could use just a little bit of help on this one. I think I will have to remove one torsion key but don't really know. Does it sound like the right direction?
