Nothing you can do will change the towing capacity or the payload of your truck. That in-the-bed is certainly over the limit before you add anything to it.

Perhaps i'll be going for the pop-up instead then....give me better weight allowance...was trying to avoid it...

A set of air springs, a shock upgrade, better e or d rated tires are a must, perhaps a rear anti-roll bar is in order, an additional trans cooler as well as just a good tranny service prior to using the camper.
