Default disable start-up chimes???

Anybody know how to do this, or if it's even possible? It's not a huge deal, but it bugs me. Most vehicles have these now I guess, but I don't like them.

You might try talking to a dealer. Most likely they -----might----- be able to connect with a star scanner and turn them off, but that will obviously cost, and I'm not sure if the starscan is canbus protocol only or not. You're 2003 is not canbus, that started in 2006.

It doesn't bother me enough to warrant a trip to the dealer. I just thought there might be an easy fix. Thanks
