Dang man I wish I knew more about these motors so that I could help you. You have done so much though I wouldn't even know where to start troubleshooting. Try PM'ing "DodgeCares". He is a certified technician.

Just to clarify, I am not a certified technician. While I have been working on cars since I was very young I have never been certified. I do have access to a lot of information and resources here at Mopar HQ and I use those resources and my own knowledge to answer what I can on the forum.
Just wanted to make sure everyone realizes that I am not an ASE certified tech.
