Although it's still not a great idea to "stack" suspension lifts. In a two wheel drive it'd be more efficient and a hell of a lot cheaper to do a 2" level combined with a 3" body lift...
Must have missed the 2wd part of his post.

Who the heck would want to lift a 2wd Truck...?

Oh well... to each their own. lol

I think all truck look a little better with a little lift. The slammed look only looks good to me on small SUVs and sport compacts.

Make it into a lifted prerunner or something if its 2WD.Idk do you want 5 or 6inches of lift? Go with a 3 inchs suspension lift and a 2inch body lift if your going to be really cheap about it. If I were you I would save and just buy a 5inch lift kit and do it right the first time, depending on the lift kit it should level the truck. Ive seen 5inch lifts for your truck as low as $500 but you get what you pay for.

This is a Dodge Ram 1500 with a 6 inch lift on 37's used as an example. The truck doesn't look big in photo but in real life its pretty tall. To get into this truck you have to use a slight hop while using the steering wheel to hoist yourself into the cab. This person should really get a side step or something. After the 5inch your truck will be pretty close to this height truck.haha

That's also a 4x4 which makes that 6" lift the same as a 7 or maybe even 8" lift on a 2wd. I know my buddy with a 2500 (two different beasts I know) has a 4" lift and is still way higher then my 6" lift. Plus the 37s add about 3" of lift as well, depending on the tire size you have now
