Default 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 Front Wheel Hub Assembly

My wheel/bearing hub assembly is came up lame yesterday. I took the tire off to see what the job entails (my first) on this truck. I am use to seeing a hub nut but the dodge doesn't have one it is just hollow. Other than removing the caliper and brakes, and the three bolts holding the rotor on what do I need to do to separate the hub from the axle?

2wd uses some of the same parts as 4wd. Do a search. there are some DIY threads on here to help you out.

I just did this yesterday on my 4x4, mine was a little bit harder than yours because the cv axel but you should only have to remove the three bolts and maybe a little wd-40 but it should just come right off.

Yeah took me a little over an hour this was a lot easier than I thought it was going to be. Not having to deal with the axle was a time saver. Lucky there is plenty of room for an impact to get the job done quick.
