well "wax" or "grease pen" markings generally indicate that parts from a salvage yard have been installed.

There should be VIN #'s or other #'s that should correspond to lot numbers that you can contact Dodge Cares (a user on here that works for Dodge) and he may be able to reference the build sheet to determine if you have OEM parts or not.

That is your best bet.
