Agree about battery. Someone else was having weird electrical issues on here, had battery tested twice, said it was good both times. But they replaced it and solved their issues. I know they aren't cheap, but could possibly be the problem.

Thanks guys I will buy a battery tomorrow but my only question is why would it turn over fine when I send power to the trigger wire if the battery had a bad cell? I'm not too electronically inclined...

Good question, and not one I am sure I can answer. Easiest thing is to just borrow a battery from someone else and try it. This way no hassle buying a new one etc.

Turns out the power wire to the pcm was corroded... the fuse box is also very corroded on the underside... Very poor design in my opinion!!! I have no idea why anybody would make the mistake of buying a dodge twice!!!!!
