First post here guys, looking for some help. Recently replaced a broken valve spring. The truck is starting better now but still losing rpms and eventually stalling. Now I'm getting the red lighting bolt light and check engine light that I wasn't before. Have seen that it could be the throttle body. Also getting codes 113, 118, and 108.

turned out the problem was was one of the push rods wasn't installed properly. Fixed that, everything back to normal
