Default Electrical issues 2004 Ram 1500

Hey I just purchased a 2004 Ram 1500 5.7 with bad motor. I replaced motor with a used one.

I am having electrical issues that I believe were present before the motor change:

1. There is approx. 65 milli draw amp on fuse 51. With fuse 51 pulled, draw drops from 98 to 33 milli. I tried unplugging multi-function switch, doesn't change draw. This fuse shows for cluster and radio, what else is on this circuit?

2. Wipers come on for approx. 10 sec. when key is turned on, battery connected or multi meter put inline.

3. I have no rear brake lights, the center high mount works. The brake light seems to function, as does the center high mount. Checked voltage at the left rear tail light, the #6 green and white wire has no voltage with brake petal pushed, however, has 10.5 volts with park lights on. (FIXED)

Where to start? I am not a wiring tech, not too complex please...I do understand a multi meter and basics.

Check Weeds page, he has likes on there. I believe he has factory manuals. A wiring diagram would help you tons.
