Default check engine light help

Hi guys, so my check engine turned on, i took the truck to autozone to scan it and it said it had a missfire in cylinder # 1. Yesterday I change all the spark plugs also change the coil # 1 for a brand new one, took out the battery to reset the engine light and it turn on again today.

Also i notice white smoke coming out the exaust when i turn on the truck when the motor its cold, when it heats up the white smoke stops.

what else could it be??

What engine, how many miles? The white smoke is normal as you describe it. It's just condensation. Did you change the plug wires?

I would get it scanned again. Did autozone give you a printout on the register paper. I used to work at az and alot of those 4.7s would have sensor issues and there are some mistakes at times when looking up scan diagnosis. Make sure you have a good gas cap(computers nowadays will react if a fuel signal is not in parameters) Heres a note for you, autozone did have a policy of taking back any part you buy, so if it doesn't fix the problem ....take the part back. mp

really didnt knew that... i dodnt remember the code but the print said

cylinder 1 missfire

possible reasons

spark plug

coil

low fuel pressure

injector problem

in that order
