so FYT to all that had input .... now that i've replaced most things its running better ... although it still has a little sputter .... she's pretty much good... and to make myself feel like a idiot . and after checking them twice.... i had 2 plug wires in the wrong place... that wasnt the major problem but still was a dumb *** thing .... still gotta figure out y it still has a sputter ... Again thank you all for your input.... If any of you dodge nuts come to MAINE i'll get ya some lobster cheep....

Were the plugs copper, platinum, or iridium?
The only thing most of the Dodge Motors like is Copper Core plugs...
You might have a small vacuum leak, but if you "hollowed out the cat" then that could make it sound like a sputter but in-fact it might just be a little bit of a rich mixture back-firing a little bit.
If you could post a video of the "sputter" we might be able to diagnose it a little better.

Low idle would seem to be an IAC to me.
The Magnums can take platinums, but they ping pretty bad usually. Iridium is the only rare earth plug the Magnums will take, and not even all engines will play nice.
A hollowed cat could do some weird stuff, like you said.
That's why I replaced mine. Besides, I've already got a vehicle with not cat, didn't want another one.
