Default Need to do a 'check-up' on my truck - Things to look for?

Just about done finals for this school year, and to say the least, over the school year this truck has been neglected. Other than oil changes this rig hasn't seen much for maintenance.
I was going to go through the whole truck and check for parts wearing out, what are some key areas to check?

Checklist so far

- balljoints, tie-rod ends (Any tips for checking these?)
- u-joints
- fluid levels (changed diffs, t-case recently)
- brakes
- change ATF (it's overdue)
- clean throttle body and air-filter
- plugs/wires

Any more things I should go over on this rig?

All good things to do but you didn't say what the mileage is and how long it has been since any if it was done. My tire shop is good about looking for an inspecting things like suspension parts and brakes everytime they rotate my tires. I would like to think they are looking out for me but more likely looking for a dollar. If you have never done the ATF and have a lot of miles, probably best to just drain it, change out the filtering and then fill it back up, no flush.

It has 220,000 km's (120,000 miles? Doing the math in my head)
I was also thinking drop the pan instead of doing a flush, the transmission has about 70,000 km's on it so it's about time.
