Default Front Bumper Gap after body lift

Hey guys, I'm a new guy here but I have been looking for 2 days trying to figure out the answer to my problem with no luck. Forgive me if it is right under my nose and I just havent seen it but I just got a 04 ram 1500 with a 3 inch body lift on it and the front bumper is not flush with the body. I believe there are brackets that will lift the bumper to solve this problem but I can't find them anywhere. Does anyone know what they are or where to find them?
Thanks in advance for the help!

Usually the better body lifts come with brackets that fix the bumpers.

was the truck bought like that or did you lift it? Like what was said above the kits usually come with brackets to move the bumper up

I just got it on Saturday and it was already lifted. So I don't know if the lift came with brackets or not, I just need some now and I'm having trouble finding some.

Most likely they didn't trim the frame and bumper. Sounds a little crazy, but it's in the directions for PA's body lift. I bought my truck already lifted too, and the front bumper was sagging so I trimmed and now it's flush.
