Default Trim paint issue

Quick question my 04 QC on the drivers side trim that goes along the bottom of the doors paint is going bad. It looks like the plastic just didn't take the paint. The other side is completely fine. Has anyone pulled there's off completely or repainted them? It's an eyesore to me. While my truck is no waxer lol I don't want it to look like poo lol. Thanks!

You could always just re-paint both sides and do the driver's side properly.

That's is what I'm leaning towards. I have the sport package (I believe it's called) with the bumper's, grille being the same color as the body. The problem is I don't have the tools to do it properly and I def don't want to rattle can try to do that lol. I was thinking maybe a different color but I dunno. I might try a black color and if I don't like it always take it in and get it done professionally sometime.

You're talking about the door spears right? Depending on the color of the rest of the truck, you might just get away with removing them period.

The Sports look good without the door spears, hell, my dad's doesn't have that trim and it looks great.
