Default Tire stuck to rotor... HELP!

I went to rotate my tires on my Dodge RAM last night. Removed the lugnuts from all tires and started to remove the right rear and it wouldn't budge!!! Seems to be stuck really good to the rotor, like it's welded together. Fairly new truck so it's a little surprising to me. Tires were just replaced back in November of last year. How can I get the tire off? This is a 2007 Dodge RAM 2500 HEMI

Hit the tire with a BFH or take all the lug nuts off and gently set the truck back on the ground. Probably a rust seal formed.

It's not the rotor it's stuck to, it's the hub. This happened to me once. Flew into my home airport, still had a suit on, and found a flat tire waiting for me on the truck. Couldn't get the wheel off - got security to call me a tow truck. The guy took a crow bar and "persuaded" the wheel to come loose. He told me it is more common than you might think for an alloy wheel to seize up to a hub made of different metal. He said he sees it quite a bit on rice burners for some reason. Don't be afraid to bang on it, it will come off.

put the whole axel up on jack stands, make sure shes planted good. Use the BFH On the rubber. Over even rubber hammer on the rim. I Had a Rust weld once on my last truck, I used a 3 ton bottle jack against the frame, and a BFH to get the rim off. Hit Top side out, and bottom side in. Should come right off..

theres a method I used that worked pretty well, basically getting some grade 8 bolts and insert them where the caliper was and you can use that to crank the tire off. I believe that this is the link.

worked for me.

I just make sure I'm on firm jack stands and I just put the bottom and top of the wheel until it starts to come loose.

A BFH will do the trick though... just make sure you don't hit the wheel with it...

How in the hell did you manage to get the caliper off with the wheel still on...?

And just so you know, that link is a video on how to remove the ROTOR from the Hub... not the Wheel from the Hub...

ha.... wasn't paying attention to the OP, it never occurred to me that there would be a problem getting the wheel off, just assumed it was the rotor he was talking about, my bad.
