Im getting it from a gu who parted of his truck that he tottalled

 

Ok hot another quest. I got a slapping noise coming from the pass side. Was told its the rocker arms n need to b tightened ? That ain't hard to do rite? Got all the other little problens fixed other then the slipping . Im gonna flush trans today n put new filter n fluid n see how that does. I no i have to take valve cover off but what do i exactly tighten ?. Im new to the truck world . I always had import s. Lol
