Default Humm or Agggh on Steering ?

After I installed new upper and lower and 2 shock struts on my 2006 dodge 1500 4x4 all done . i drove and my hands felt the steering got whooosh humm or arrrgh no vibrated no shake or wobble when 40 mph to 60 mph get worse whooosh.... when make slight turn on left whoooosh and right turn was so quiet what s cause it s possible came from bearing on driving side . two yrs ago i put new hub on right side. or bad steering piston rack ???

I would suggest an alignment by a reputable shop and go from there! it may not be the problem but they will likely find the problem while thy are doing the alignment! just my
